This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on www.onlineflowerdelivery.ae, operated by Plant Street Flowers L.L.C.





Returns



Since our products are fresh flowers and perishable goods, returns can only be made at the time of delivery.


  • If you are not satisfied with your order due to damage, incorrect items, or quality concerns, you must notify our delivery staff immediately upon receiving the order.
  • Once the order is accepted by you (or by someone on your behalf), we cannot accept returns, make changes, or provide refunds.






Damages and Issues



Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the flowers or items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, inform us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or suitable resolution.





Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items



  • Because flowers and plants are perishable goods, they cannot be returned once accepted.
  • Custom arrangements, personalized items, and sale items are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are also non-returnable.






Exchanges



We do not offer exchanges once an order has been accepted. If there is an issue at the time of delivery, we will arrange a replacement immediately.





Refunds



  • If a return is approved at the time of delivery, a refund will be processed immediately through the original payment method.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take up to 7–14 working days (and in some cases up to 45 days) to post the refund.
